Prior announcing the expected period of extension, there was a number of speculations with regard the government period of extensions ranging from15 months to 24 months, however, apparently it is become neither of the periods considering the real circumstance surrounded to somaliland .Subse quent to a short hang around, ultimately, our house of elders set the period of extension to read as one year and ten months which is extremely logic considering basic fundamental facts that no can challenge to deny the same. Number one is that, there is large pending obligations which the gover nment and our parliament have execute prior conducting our next election as announced by our house of elders and the period extension is a direct reflection for our pending obligation.


Over the last few days, I was carefully watching day- today circumstances in Somaliland, however, upon reviewed a wide spectrum of public opinion, I found two conflicting scenarios namely the peo ple who consider common interest and those who considers narrow interest. The Mandatory moral responsibility is the ability to make decisions that serve our own interests and the interests of others. The common interest is the bridge that connects our people to each other and in the event we disregard the common interest then the stability that we are enjoying will fade away. The era in which personal interest or party interest leads to Somaliland chaos does not exist in the ground in Somaliland anymore. Responsibility is the mentality to make a decision and take the consequence of your deeds good or bad; it is also help people recognize whether it is right or wrong.


People can play different roles of responsibility in many different circumstances.
