Kayd Somali Arts and Culture is inviting you

to a sh owing of a short sati rical play, The End
of the Road? which deals with the challe nges and
issues facing a small family living in London and a
young unwed couple.
This play will use the Somali poetic tradition to
highlight and discuss social issu es such as Qaat
abuse and other family matters in a typically dark
Somali humo ur. It is written by Ali Ahmed Rabi
and Yasmin Mahamoud and directed by Ali Se eyo and
Sadia Ahmed and will be performed by Abdikariim Raas, Bi
shaaro Maha med, Kaltuun Bacado, Amina Ibrahim and
Hanhanteeye.
