Kulmiye owes apologies to many
parties beside self!

Before I proceed to my point, let me say two things here:

1) First my condolences to each and all persons killed or harmed in “Eilbardale” issue from both (brotherly) sides. That said issue has been politicized and instigated from the presidency, thus the two communities, Dila and Eilbardale are indeed victims of the said political football!

2) Second, my prayers to the injured chairman of Kulmiye and I hope for him a very quick recovery.
When you doge the truth you derailed the track, thus you chose to lie!
That was the unfortunate situation Kulmiye leadership put the party in, lately!

RE: the secretary and the second chairman of the party in Radio Horyale prod cast.

Eilbardale issue was a clear-cut issue but some people are politicizing it for their ends!

First the (illegitimate) presidency instigated the clan skirmishes there, for clannish and political gains. On group was encouraged to do the job! That was a known secret to those who followed the said issue! The point here is telling your brother the truth as to help him
Second the said Riyaale presidency appointed an arbitration committee from the house of Goorti inclusive of all Somaliland clans.

Third, this committee called twenty-five clan elders from each side.
Fourth, each side Dila and Gabiley signed a letter of consent for whatever judgement the trusted Goorti passes, and both sides agreed and signed the said document. When the Goorti finalizes the case, Riyaale’s government would execute the judgment herewith as was the agreement. Those are the facts. Kulmiye failed to say that for whatever reason!

It took sixty days if not more for the selected and trusted goorti to finalize the case and they did. The Goorti passed judgments. There the Gabiley party fulfilled the agreement and paid a fine of three million s/l shillings. The Dila party rejected what they have agreed before and not only that! They threatened the existence of Somaliland, badmouthed the Goorti and even verbally assaulted a larger clan by and through Sultan Suleman! From his lips!

Lastly Riyaale also rejected the Goorti’s resolutions, which he used to bless them when it was in his favor! – He took his clan’s line there! The wrong and the right are as clear as the sun. There is an arrogant attitude here; thus truth be told! Kulmiye failed to do that!

Allah said, [in Alahzab, ch 22, verse-53] “Allah is not shy to tell (you) the truth”

He said, “Allah distains not to tell you the truth” which means the servants of Allah must not shy to tell the truth.
Did kulmiye leadership do that? No, they were not only shy to tell the truth but they blatantly lied and took the Riyaale line against Gabiley! Truth, be told!

The secretary of the party, dogged to say the truth. The second man of the party lied in favour of the wrong and in favour of Riyaale. He said, “ Both the clans in the Eilbardale conflict rejected the Goorti resolution and judgment” that is a lie! Only Dila and Riyaale did reject the goorti reolution and judgement! Strange indeed!

Therefore kulmiye owes:
Apologies to the party itself, like you and me who don’t believe cowardice or hierocracy; but first to the people of Gabiley who fulfilled what they have contracted with the Goorti, Riyaale nominated!
Kulmiye avoided the truth here!

Kulmiye leadership must above every thing else apologize to Allah [through ‘istiqfaar’] who told us not to be shy to tell the truth and lastly kulmiye must apologize to the Goorti and clan elders who strived to the best of their ability to solve the problem there, instigated by the presidency and then rejected the Goorti resolution in the end! Pick and choose game!

Klulmiye would have said and rightly so, that I t was Riyaale who instigated the problem, who appointed the goorti. He was supposed to execute the Goorti judgement as agreed. And now it is Riyaale who rejected what he consented before! The problem therefore is his, first and last! But kulmiye leaders who spoke the other day did not say that!

Unfortunately kulmiye missed the [Godly] point as always. ( kalimatul xaaq)

At least and according to what the second man in the party said, kulmiye went to bed with Riyaale in this and for the third time in counting with other issues!
What is going on in my party? Betty, isn’t it? I am bewildered! So are the thinking minds!
Lastly, truth be told.
