I came to notice an article written by Abdirahman Mohamed Dirye in one of Somaliland websites titled as Hirsi Hajji Ali Hired Guns of Writers Scap egoating the National Opposition Parties. In re ality the article is short of the ethics of writing reason being failed to distinguish the difference bet ween subjective and objective. Subjective is your personal wish or pers on's opinion which could be false or unfounded whereas objective infor mation reviews many points of view intend ed to be neutral News report ers are supposed to be objective and report the facts of an eve nt.

Encyclopaedia and other reference materials provide objective informat ion. Apparently, Mr. Deria article appears to look like street language. An example of street language is the following. The students who finish up at the town youth center do so since they cannot task in the traditio nal classroom use street language which is anti social behavior. Their dis orderly behavior has barred the educational process from being effective. The town youth cent er is often a student is s last alternative in the public school system. In most cases these stude nts have been apparent unacceptable reason being anti-social behavior since the beginning of their school careers. They are irritated, worried, obstinate, obstinate, intrusting, anti-social, ho stile, frightened, frustrated, violent, and disappointed, and, very often, they hate. Substitute measures have been tried throughout their schooling, yet have not been successful. Every indi vidual has the right to criticize the subject that he wish to criticize subject be based on the rea lities in the ground written in formal language and not like street language like the one written by Mr. Deria which is described as below the standard writing and ethics of linguistic writing C riticism can be justified when one has done something wrong or behaved badly. But it is unjustif ied when someone merely picks on another person for no evidence, or out of personal pique like the one from Mr. Deria article which is merely based hatred of dislike without reasoning.

When someone is indifferent towards you, you can't do anything to change that. Hate hurts th e hater more the hated. Hersi is enthusiastic about at his work, as we most of the time traveling east –west and north-south of Somaliland to monitor ongoing projects like the road that connects Eragabo to the rest of Somaliland. When the road that connects Ergabo to Burao which is estimated close to 370 kilometers be completed, that means we made a netw ork of roads that connects to the most eastern region of Somaliland to the most western regio n of Somaliland Awdal. With regard the progress made for the subject road, one hundred kilom eter is either completed or under progress to complete. This has occurred as consequence of this young minster hard work, dedication, enthusiasm and determination as these traits make Hersi Hajji Ali as a great leaders. Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principle s; moral uprightness. It is generally a personal choice to uphold oneself to consistently moral and ethical standards. In ethics, integrity is regarded by many people as the honesty and trut hfulness of one's actions. Hersi Hajji Ali is a person of high real integrity. Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not.” Achievement of your happiness is the only moral purpose of your life, and that happiness, not pain or mindles s self-indulgence, is the proof of your moral integrity, since it is the proof and the result of you r loyalty to the achievement of your values. The strength of a nation derives from the integrity of the home.

With integrity, you have nothing to fear, since you have nothing to hide. With integrity, you will do the right thing, so you will have no guilt. Integrity is the essence of everything successful. “Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not.” Living with integrity means: A person who is fundamentally honest doesn’t need a cod e of ethics. When it comes to success, hard work and a tireless work ethic seem to be the deci ding factors. Hersi Hajji Ali has the combination of all above. Good things come to those who wo rk their asses off and never give up. All roads that lead to success have to pass through hard work boulevard at some point.” Great leaders are principled; they are not merely effective, the y are ethical. A Leader is someone who believes in you and gets you to believe in yourself. They adhere to moral principles in forming their objectives and using the methods of influence. They engender trust and credibility because of their integrity and loyalty and because they ca re about their followers and treat them with respect. Great leaders are both idealistic and real istic. Great leaders don’t repress or replace the values of their followers; they respect them and they enhance and energize those values focusing them toward the leader’s vision. A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better. Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to higher sights, the raising of a person’s performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations.

A leader is one who sees more than others see who sees farther than others see, and who se es before others see. Great leaders are those who empower others. They also empower their followers with confidence and pride. Leadership is a potent combination of strategy and chara cter. But if you must be without one, be without the strategy. When it comes to success, hard work and a tireless work ethic seem to be the deciding factors between those with talent who fail, and others who put that talent to work and excel.Honesty is the cornerstone of all succe ss, without which confidence and ability to perform shall cease to exist. Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody's going to know whether you did it or not. Honesty is the first. The glue that holds all relationships together including the relationship between the lead er and the led is trust, and trust is based on integrity. ”Achievement of your happiness is the only moral purpose of your life, and that happiness, not pain or mindless self-indulgence, is the proof of your moral integrity, since it is the proof and the result of your loyalty to the achieve ment of your values.. Hersi Haji Ali stands the front line for future personalities to lead Somalila nd in the future in view of the unchallengeable characteristics detailed which is rarely posses sed by few. With regard to Abdirahman Mohamed Dirye, please attempt that your future articl es be distant from hatred like what you did in the past. We feel timid to accuse you that our opposition parties has been hired you to write against Hersi Hajji Ali, but what is evident that your article written against this great person lacks the ability of reasonable judgement and your sole intention was to spoil to the image of a good person that his quality is like diamond which no one can scratch .

The diamond has been always esteemed the rarest stone, and the most precious of all: among the ancients it was called the stone of reconciliation. We cannot tell by looking at the diamond that it is a commodity. Behavior is the mirror in which everyone shows their image. Diamonds have an image of purity and light. Diamonds are held under tons and tons of pressure, extrem ely high temperatures of fire and shuffled under shifting of tectonic plates, for a long, long tim e! Yet when they come out from there and are put on display for its beauty. In conclusion, the image of good person cannot be changed by writing unfounded allegation against him as lies runs in few inches and truth in marathons. Somaliland personalities against Hersi Haji Ali are fearful about his success has captured the hearts and the minds of all true citizens of Somalil and and the price of success is hard work, dedication and determination to serve your country and your people to the best you can, which is the intentions of Hersi Hajji Ali. Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people. Success is about creating benefit for all and enjoying the process. If you focus on this & adopt this definition, success is yours.” Life is either a daring adventure or nothing” Appreciation is a wonderful thing: It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well and those who have the ability to be grateful are the ones who have the ability to achieve greatne ss. A grateful mindset can set you free from the prison of disempowerment and the shackles of misery. By appreciation, we make excellence in others our own property.
