Is Silaanyo : too old? or just out of touch?
Is he electable? By: Asiya Garow
Muj. Axmed silaanyo is too old to be president. It’s pretty simple.
The office ages you dramatically. Just take a look at before and
after pictures of other candidates. They appear to have been
brutalized by time. It is not an easy job. It is about as demanding
as any job gets and the daily responsibility would age anyone.
Problem is, Axmed silaanyo is already old. And please don’t bring up
your ageism bullshit. He’s old, regardless of his actual age, the
man is already showing signs of wear that make him too run down for
the job.
This may come as a surprise to you, but age can actually wear down a
person’s cognitive ability. Sure, it depends on the specific
individual, but from what I have seen, Silaanyo is a shadow of the
man he was in 2003. The quick wit is gone, replaced by increasing
episodes of confusion. Too often he can’t answer questions because
his ability to is gone. He constantly stumbles and makes horrible
errors. Age affects everyone differently. Some people are still
doing well mentally at age 70, but Axmed Silaanyo (who is over 75)
does not appear to be one of those people. And the ppl are allowing
his gaffes and slips to breeze by. His age is, and should be a major
point of discussion. But the fear of "ageism" runs rampant. It seems
to be on the level of sexism or racism, when it is nothing of the
sort. People deteriorate, as they get older. It is a legitimate
question to ask.
Axmed silaanyo is losing his mental sharpness. It’s obvious to
anyone who watched him over the years. He should be preparing for
retirement, not running for president. He seems to be running
because of the past, trying to right a wrong that occurred in 2003.
Honestly, it just seems weird that a man who doesn’t want to work
that much wants to be president.
But the people doesn’t touch the subject. Why? "Ageism." Everyone is
apparently too scared to upset old people or a specific old person
named Axmed silaanyo who once a snm hero, which is insane, because
it’s the ***** PRESIDENCY. It should and must be discussed.
"Upsetting people" is not applicable when an old man is running for
president. You don’t get the benefit of the doubt when you are
running to be the leader of the most fragile nation who is seeking a
recognition. No ****** way. It’s astoundingly stupid not to question
his mental abilities.
This is the kind of character that civilizations from the beginning
of history have sought in their leaders. Strength. Courage.
Humility. Wisdom. Duty. Honor. It's pretty clear there are two
questions we will never have to ask ourselves, 'Who is this man?'
and 'Can we trust this man with the presidency. My answer is NO.
A vote for Muj. Axmed silanyo equals more corruption.
A vote for Axmed silaanyo equals a continued collapsing economy.
A vote for Axmed silaanyo equals no help for marginalized people.
A vote forAxmed silaanyo equals a further erosion of woman’s rights.
A vote for Axmed silaanyo equals ideologue judges being placed
throughout the country.
The election is looming in Sld we don't need a "strongman" running
Sld. Well the crowd may interrupt him in the end, but the beginning
is simply a loss of the ability to communicate, or remember, his
train of thought. This is what happens to him when he is not reading
a well prepared speech. We don't want to elect a strong potential
for a national funeral event. Beside, WE NEED CHANGE. Let's be
honest for the sake of our country and elect someone who is genuine,
young and diplomat. Truth needs only to stand in the open. The
honest, and intelligent will see, while the liars, benefactors, and
ignorant will deny.
Peace. Love
and Unity.
Thank you.
