Evaluation has been made with regard the news and the articles publish daily by most of Somaliland website both those who are based within locally and those based overseas. Upon conducting a transparent evaluation, I found a number of Somaliland websites serving the national interest of foreign forces that impose hostility to Somaliland which is unpatriotic, as the same is equivalent deceiving your country and your people. Democracy and press freedom does not mean harming the national interest,national security of your country and the shared interest of your people. The subject websites fail to differentiate being opposing Somaliland government and being serving against the national interest.Evaluation is a systematic determination of a subject's merit, worth and significance, using criteria governed by a set of standards.


Every time I had an opportunity to view these websites, I founds all the time, all what they publish is something interested to our external enemies and therefore, these websites administrators and the owners equally considered dangerous to Somaliland national security. To be a good citizen, it's important to be able to put yourself in other people's shoes and see the big picture. If everything you see is rooted in your own identity. The function of a citizen and a soldier are inseparable. Every good citizen makes his country's honor his own, and cherishes it not only as precious but as sacred. He is willing to risk his life in its defense and it’s conscious that he gains protection while he gives it.A good citizen performs his duties sincerely and faithfully. He co-operates with the state officials in the discharge of their duties and makes due payment of taxes. Good citizenship exists in the right ordering of loyalties.


A citizen sacrifice his narrower interest for the sake of wider interests. It is a man's everyday deeds and his everyday virtues which count and contribute to his character. A good citizen is one whose behavior is constant with the canons of self-respect to his country and his people. He is the one who have a genuine love for his country and should have a common sense of involvement in its day to day affairs and its international relationships. All this cannot be achieved overnight: it is the product of a good training and a good heritage and various other factors contribute towards patriotic feelings. The first among these is the right kind of upbringing. Honesty, integrity and self-respect are the qualities that can only be nurtured at home. These form the foundation of good citizenship.


A good citizen must put the interest of his country before his own personal interest and he should not enter into any contract which may prove harmful to the interest of his country and he must do his share of the work and share due responsibilities. These are the qualities which add up to strength and character. A good citizen puts his country before self. It should be seasoned with the proper degree of humility. No country is too small to be on its own; and no country too big to learn from others. And a country needs its citizens to be free and fearless to make it strong.

Despite of the above, I notice that somaliland websites that usually I forward publishes my articles are really considered very neutral media as they did not excess extra privileges from one party to another and that is why these websites are more popular than those against the national interest of their country and their people and even though I did not expose the names of the subject websites in my current article, however, I presume all can make out their names of my intention .
